After having attended Mars Hill for ten years and hearing critics from every side, i'm always curious as to how others view him. as you've noted, he has no problems calling a spade a spade and it's that kind of teaching that keeps me at Mars Hill (along with the great music, of course!) i’m glad that our pastor was so well received in OZ. I wouldn't have settled for anything less given the fact that we drove for 20 hours there and back! I know - 20 hours to hear a sermon sounds a little crazy - but, at the end of the day, I am an Aussie - and we do things a little different down here.
