Starting to really resonate with Piper more and more these days. Just watched another one of his video’s on the “prosperity gospel” and how it contradicts the call for us to be “salty” instead.

Have a watch and let me know what you think…

    Yes – I think people confuse means & ends/goals
    & use God as a means
    not our goal.
    I wouldn’t let “crusade” so easily trip off my tongue however.
    Salt in Jesus’ day was a preservative (of the good) and antiseptic (of the bad).

    I’m always impressed with Piper’s enthusiasm and thoroughness. I listen to his sermons via podcast most weeks.
