900+ Joost Invites To Give Out!

Joostâ„¢ the best of tv and the internet

I have a problem! I’ve got that many invites to give out that I don’t know what to do with them. I did a Google search on Joost invites and found that many people are doing lotteries or having comp’s to decide how to give out their invites!

This freaks me out as I’ve got 900+ to give out! I wonder if this is normal? Has anyone else been given such a large allocation? LOL - maybe this is the norm now and this post ain’t worth anything!

Anyway, leave a comment with your email address. Like I said below, I won’t approve the comments to keep you from being spammed. You’ll just get an invite in your email as soon as I process them. Keep in mind that I live in Australia so the time may be different to where you are. Rest assured I will send the invites out to you ASAP.

Ok, I’ve just been handed 999 Joost Invites. Anyone interested, leave me your email and I’ll be happy to send you an invite. For those with no idea what Joost is about, below is a great summary article courtesy of BLOGTHE.NET

Joost, the Internet start-up created last year by the two co-founders of Skype, has just been launched commercially and it will feature programs from Turner Broadcasting and Hasbro among others.

Ianus Friis and Niklas Zellstrom, the two co-founders of Skype and the masterminds behind P2P sharing network Kazaa, initially named their endeavor The Venice Project, to later transform it into Joost (which should be pronounced juiced). The application uses the same principle as Kazaa or Skype, delivering content through the peer-to-peer technology.

After signing distribution contracts with giants like Viacom, CBS or Reuters, Joost recently announced that media behemoth Turner will also distribute some of its content freely on the Joost network, including channels like Adult Swim and CNN. Programming from Hasbro, the National Hockey League (NHL), Sports Illustrated (SI) and Sony Pictures Television (SPT) will also be available by the end of May.
